TETD Powder
Oiled Powder
Masterbatch
≥66 A primary of secondary accelerator and sulfur donor for most polymers. TETD is less scorchy than TMTD and disperses well in soft compounds because of its low melt point.  Non‐discoloring, and can also be used as a cure modifier in Neoprenes.
DPTT Powder
Oiled Powder

≤0.1% ≥104 An ultra accelerator and sulfur donor for most elastomers. DPTT will enhance the high heat stability and aging properties of vulcanizates and has good scorch safety.
TBzTD Powder
Oiled Powder
Masterbatch
≤0.1% ≥124 An ultra accelerator and sulfur donor for most polymers with more scorch safety than TMTD. TBzTD produces a low volatility secondary amine which minimizes nitrosamine levels.
TiBTD Powder
Oiled Powder
Masterbatch
≤0.5% ≥65 A secondary accelerator for most polymers. TiBTD produces a low volatility secondary amine which minimizes nitrosamine levels.

ZDBC Powder
Oiled Powder
Masterbatch
≤0.1% ≥104 1-2 Zinc Content = 13-15%; Max residue on 63u screen = 0.5% Ultra accelerator for NR, SR, and their latices.  ZDBC is the most active dithiocarbamate for latex with a fast cure above 100°C, and can be scorchy. In solution, ZDBC can also function as a stabilizer in TPR and hot melt adhesives.
ZBEC Powder
Oiled Powder
Masterbatch
≤0.1% ≥180 1-2 Zinc content = 10-12%; Min assay = 95%, max res on 63u screen = 0.50 A primary accelerator in NR, SBR, and their latices. ZBEC offers good scorch safety, and produces a low volatility secondary amine which minimizes nitrosamine levels. Can also function as a stabilizer in TPR and hot melt adhesives.
ZDEC Powder
Oiled Powder
Masterbatch
≤0.5% ≥174 1-2 Zinc content = 17-19%, Specific Gravity = 1.41 Ultra accelerator for NR, SR, and their latices. ZDEC has moderate scorch safety with a fast cure at low temperatures. In solution, ZDEC can also function as a stabilizer in TPR and hot melt adhesives.
ZDMC Powder
Oiled Powder
Masterbatch
≤0.5% ≥240 1-2 Zinc Content = 20-22% Ultra accelerator for NR, SR and their latices with a suitable cure over a wide temperature range.  ZDMC is more active than thiurams and is oŌen used with thiazoles which reduce scorch. In soluƟtion, ZDMC also function as a stabilizer in TPR and hot
