Zinc Content = 13-15%; Max residue on 63u screen = 0.5% |
Ultra accelerator for NR, SR, and their latices. ZDBC is the most active dithiocarbamate for latex with a fast cure above 100°C, and can be scorchy. In solution, ZDBC can also function as a stabilizer in TPR and hot melt adhesives. |

Zinc content = 10-12%; Min assay = 95%, max res on 63u screen = 0.50 |
A primary accelerator in NR, SBR, and their latices. ZBEC offers good scorch safety, and produces a low volatility secondary amine which minimizes nitrosamine levels. Can also function as a stabilizer in TPR and hot melt adhesives. |

Zinc content = 17-19%, Specific Gravity = 1.41 |
Ultra accelerator for NR, SR, and their latices. ZDEC has moderate scorch safety with a fast cure at low temperatures. In solution, ZDEC can also function as a stabilizer in TPR and hot melt adhesives. |

Zinc Content = 20-22% |
Ultra accelerator for NR, SR and their latices with a suitable cure over a wide temperature range. ZDMC is more active than thiurams and is oŌen used with thiazoles which reduce scorch. In soluƟtion, ZDMC also function as a stabilizer in TPR and hot
melt adhesives. |

Copper Content = 19-22% |
A very active dithiocarbamate for high speed SBR and EPDM vulcanization. When CDMC is used with a sulfonamide the cure rate quickens and scorch safety improves. Vulcanizates with CDMC tend to have higher modulus and tensile strength. |
